About

What we do

Most mid-market companies have a few processes quietly eating days every week. We find them and make them fast, so your team gets those days back.

The work we take on is ordinary: invoice matching, quoting, shortlisting, goods receipt, the monthly report. These jobs stayed manual because fixing them used to cost more than living with them. That stopped being true, and most companies have not revisited the decision.

How we work

We are small, and we work remotely. That is deliberate. It keeps the cost of a first engagement low enough that you can judge us on one finished process rather than on a proposal.

We start with a single process and finish it before suggesting another. Most of what we build runs inside the tools you already own, so there is one less system for your team to learn and one less renewal to argue about later.

What we believe

There is nothing wrong with manual work. There is something wrong with capable people spending their week on work nobody designed for them — retyping delivery notes, rebuilding the same report, answering the same twenty questions. None of it shows up in any system you own, and it usually lands on the person you can least afford to lose.

So we would rather tell you a process is not worth automating than sell you a project. The point is to give your team their days back, not to become a permanent part of your stack.

What we promise

  • We tell you when AI is the wrong answer.
  • We start with one process, not a program.
  • We show you what it costs before you commit.
  • We hand the work over documented, so you can run it without us.
  • We do not use your business information to train anything.
